Tasting profile: The ginjo aroma is soft and gorgeous, like a melon. The rich flavor is unique to unpasteurized sake, hints of pleasant sweetness, well-balanced spiciness, mellow umami, and various other elements are intricately intertwined.

On the label, characters of the zodiac were written by the late Mr. Undo Inamura, who supported Kokuryu Sake Brewery in the early days of ginjo brewing.
