The lemongrass plum Liqueur of BENICHU "BAIJO" is made from extracts of the finest Japanese plum with a unique lemongrass fragrance, which is very rare in Fukui Prefecture.
The yield of Beni Sashi Ume (紅映梅) is only 2% of the national plum, and it is a small and rare production.
With only 8% alcohol, it is especially popular with ladies.
Notes: Refreshing and fragrant drink. On palate, it is in a great harmony between the plum and the lemongrass. An excellent drink to quench the thirst in the hot weather.
