Tasting Notes: An intense crimson red colour. Fruity on the nose, with red fruits and ripe strawberry. There are also subtle spicy notes, such as cinnamon. On the palate the wine is subtle and attractive, well balanced with tight tannins that will soften over time. Food pairing with Sirloin steak with red wine sauce, wild boar casserole.
