Tasting Notes: Pomerol is a famous wine producing appellation in Bordeaux. The chateau owns 1.5 hectare of vineyard and take special care of the vines and "small yield" production of wine. Blended of Merlot 85-percentage and Cabernet Sauvignon 15-percentage, aged in oak barrel for 12 months. This wine is full of cherry, raspberry aroma with great structure and firm tannin. On palate, fruity, smooth and savoury after taste. Perfectly paired with stewed meat, poultry and steak.
