Tasting Notes. Harvested by hand, careful selection of the grapes for premium quality. Produced in Super Tuscan Style.
Fermentation in concrete and steel vats at controlled temperature. Maturation in oak casks (12 months) and in steel tanks (3 months).
Garnet red with brown shades, fairly clear. Intense aromas and a note of coffee and plum preserve. Tannic and fresh, balanced and full-bodied. Complex wine, spicy and oaky but elegant. Perfectly pair with grilled meat, steak, pizza and pasta.
