Miyamanishiki is the 3rd widely used sake rice, grown in the region of Nagano Prefecture which is in the cool and beautiful mountain environment, reflected by the name of the rice.  It.carries the characteristics of  refreshness, hints of coolness and bitterness in the aftertaste.

The sake offers an excellent ginjo fragance and aroma and pleasantly flavors. The afternotes offer the distinctive astringency of Miyamanishiki rice.  The sake is prefectly paried with many Japanese crines and Asian food.
